1. Event information, tickets and reservations

We work to keep event dates, times, menus and prices accurate, but they can change, and hours vary by event and ticketed show (ours and external). Eventbrite is the authoritative source for event dates and ticketing. Tickets, pre-orders and reservations bought through Eventbrite, Square or other providers are subject to that provider's terms and to the refund policy shown at purchase. Private event bookings are governed by the written quote or agreement we send you, including deposit and cancellation terms.

2. Alcohol, age and conduct

Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. Some events are 21+. We may refuse service or entry, or remove anyone, for unsafe, unlawful or disruptive behavior. Leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor areas; owners are responsible for their pets.

3. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive personal information through our forms. Submitting a vendor application or job application does not guarantee a booth or a job.

4. Website content

The site's text, photos, logos and graphics belong to Krush Brau Park or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. “Krush Brau Park” and our logos are our trademarks.

5. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites such as Eventbrite, Square, DoorDash and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Krush Brau Park is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.
