Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Krush Brau Park (“Krush Brau Park,” “we,” “us”) collects through krushbraupark.com and its forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. Krush Brau Park is a veteran-owned German beer garden, restaurant and event venue in Kissimmee, Florida. Questions: [email protected] or (855) 495-7874.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us through our forms:

  • Contact form: name, email, optional phone, topic and your message.
  • Private event inquiries: name, company, email, phone, event type, preferred date and time, estimated guest count, preferred space and event details (including dietary needs you choose to share).
  • Vendor applications: business and contact name, email, phone, event, category, website or social links, electricity, food-vendor and insurance status, and a description of what you sell.
  • Careers applications: name, email, phone, positions, experience, availability, links or social profiles, and the resume file you upload (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB).
  • Newsletter sign-up: email address, optional name, the interests you tick (events, deals, Krampus, Oktoberfest), and a record of your consent (the consent wording, date and time).

Reservations and tickets. Brunch pre-orders, reservations and event tickets are handled by Eventbrite, Square or our reservation request form. Through them we may receive your name, email, phone, party size, arrival time, seating requests and order details. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Collected automatically. When you submit a form, we log your IP address, browser user-agent, the page you submitted from and a timestamp, to prevent spam and abuse. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes standard server and security logs.

2. How we use information

  • To answer your questions and plan, quote and run your event, reservation or vendor booth.
  • To review job applications and contact candidates.
  • To send the newsletter, deals and event announcements you asked for. We send these only if you opted in.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Email marketing, consent and unsubscribing (CAN-SPAM)

We add you to our marketing list only when you sign up and tick the consent box. We keep a record of the consent text, the date and time, and the page where you signed up. We may ask you to confirm your address by email (double opt-in) before sending marketing messages.

Every marketing email we send follows the CAN-SPAM Act. It identifies Krush Brau Park as the sender, has an accurate subject line, includes our postal address (Krush Brau Park, 2198 Four Winds Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746), and has a working unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe any time with that link, or by emailing [email protected] with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send transactional messages, such as replies to your inquiry or information about tickets you bought.

4. Cookies and analytics

krushbraupark.com does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some services may set cookies or similar technologies that are needed for security and spam protection (for example, Cloudflare and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms). If we add privacy-friendly analytics, we will use it only to measure aggregate site traffic, and we will update this policy. Embedded maps (Google Maps) and the third-party sites we link to may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run the site and our business. When you use their services, they handle your information under their own privacy policies:

  • Eventbrite: event tickets and registrations.
  • Square: brunch pre-orders, on-site and online payments.
  • DoorDash: food delivery orders, where offered.
  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security, form processing, email delivery and secure storage of form submissions and resumes.
  • Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365: our business email.
  • Google Maps: directions and embedded maps.
  • Social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Yelp): only when you click through to them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, guests or staff, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

6. Retention and security

We keep inquiry, vendor and reservation records for as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them and for our legitimate business, tax and legal needs. We keep job applications and resumes for up to two years, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Resumes are stored in private storage. Staff open them only through secure, expiring links. We keep newsletter records until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal suppression record so we don't email you again. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time. We follow applicable Florida law, including Florida's data-breach notification law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes), and applicable federal law.

8. Children

Many of our events are family friendly, but this website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. If you believe a child has sent us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it. Job applicants must meet the minimum age for the role. Events and offers involving alcohol are for guests 21 and older with valid ID.

9. Governing law

This policy and any dispute about it are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will give more prominent notice.
